system 42 

system 42 is based on a holistic protocol to take on paradigm shifts. it allows for going through an iterative and cyclic transformation process in distinctive and subsequent phases. specifying exactly what steps to take and what settings to fuel to ensure consistent results that truly add up. it is designed to create beneficial habits. 
to shift our paradigm we need to disrupt unconscious automatic behaviour and rewrite the script of beliefs that fuels it. the subsequent phases of system 42 are designed to do just that. raising levels of consciousness and realigning behaviour with an array of tools and techniques.

 

assessment phase

The first phase is all about positioning. we focus on assessing where we presently are in life. we take a step in awareness by fueling our mind-set. and We start to disrupt behaviour to open ourselves up for reflection.  

 

discovery phase

In the discovery phase we uncover our true script. by fueling our soul-set we take a step in consciousness. focusing on creating insights to release inhibiting beliefs. and we start to disconnect ourselves from these very beliefs. this phase is about no longer letting ourselves get thrown off-course.

 

aspiration phase

the next phase focusses on realigning ourselves with our longings. In this phase we fuel our heart-set to rediscover what intentionally drives us. we reconnect with our true selves to create beliefs that do work out for us. the aspiration phase is about unveiling our destination and heading.  

 

intervention phase

In the final phase we take a step in creating benevolent behaviour. by fueling our health-set we enable ourselves to act on the beliefs we created. we focus on creating lasting habits by doing. this phase is all about getting to where we want to be.
